Ranking rules & terms
Effective 1 September 2026. GadgetsManía is a discovery leaderboard. Paid boosts purchase ranking visibility; they do not purchase reviews, endorsements, clicks, sales or guaranteed traffic.
1. How ranking works
- Only successfully completed and webhook-verified Stripe payments count as paid boosts.
- The daily board counts verified boosts received since 00:00 UTC. The historical board counts the verified cumulative total.
- Higher verified totals rank first. Editorial picks are clearly marked, always display €0 and are not represented as paid positions.
- Positions can change immediately when another product receives a higher boost. A payment never guarantees a particular position or duration.
2. Listings
Submitters must provide accurate information and have authority to promote the linked product or act as a genuine supporter. GadgetsManía may correct formatting, suspend or reject misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, adult, gambling, deceptive, malware or non-gadget content.
3. Payments and refunds
Boosts are one-time digital visibility services delivered after successful payment. By requesting immediate publication, the buyer asks performance to begin immediately. Completed boosts are generally non-refundable after publication, except for duplicate charges, technical failure, or a listing rejected before publication. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. No endorsement
Rank reflects verified paid momentum, not product quality. Users must perform their own checks before purchasing any linked product. Editorial and affiliate content is identified separately.
5. Moderation and abuse
Automated manipulation, fraudulent payments, impersonation, malicious URLs and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited. GadgetsManía may suspend a listing while investigating disputes or risk signals.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GadgetsManía is not liable for third-party products, external websites, changing rank, lost expected traffic or indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Reglas y condiciones
Vigentes desde el 1 de septiembre de 2026. GadgetsManía es un ranking de descubrimiento. Los impulsos de pago compran visibilidad en la clasificación; no compran reseñas, recomendaciones, clics, ventas ni tráfico garantizado.
1. Funcionamiento
- Solo cuentan pagos de Stripe completados y verificados mediante webhook.
- El ranking diario cuenta desde las 00:00 UTC; el histórico suma el total verificado.
- Las selecciones editoriales están identificadas y siempre muestran 0 €.
- La posición puede cambiar en cualquier momento. El pago no garantiza puesto ni duración.
2. Publicaciones y moderación
La información debe ser veraz. Podemos corregir, suspender o rechazar contenido engañoso, ilegal, peligroso, infractor, para adultos, apuestas, malware o ajeno a gadgets.
3. Pagos y devoluciones
Los impulsos son servicios digitales puntuales que comienzan tras el pago. No se reembolsan una vez publicados, salvo cobro duplicado, fallo técnico o rechazo previo a la publicación, sin perjuicio de los derechos legales aplicables.
4. Sin recomendación comercial
El puesto refleja impulso económico verificado, no calidad. El usuario debe comprobar cada producto y web externa antes de comprar.
